// Industries — Manufacturing & Distribution
Production Can't Wait for a Network Ticket.
IT, connectivity, and infrastructure for discrete manufacturers — ERP uptime (NetSuite, Epicor, SAP Business One), shop-floor network segmentation, machine connectivity, and OT/IT separation that CFOs and plant managers both trust.
Manufacturing IT is different. A network outage stops production. An ERP slowdown freezes the order board. An unpatched HMI on the shop floor is a ransomware entry point that takes out the MES. We build infrastructure for the plant: segmented OT networks, hardened shop-floor endpoints, resilient connectivity between office and production, ERP hosting or support, and the monitoring that catches an issue before it becomes a shift-ending event.

Built for the Shop Floor
OT/IT Segmentation
Production network isolated from office IT with proper firewalling, so a phishing click upstairs doesn't stop the line downstairs.
ERP & MES Support
Deep support for Epicor, NetSuite, SAP Business One, Infor, JobBoss, E2 Shop, and similar — hosted or on-prem, with backup and performance tuning.
Shop-Floor Resilience
Redundant internet, UPS-protected network gear, and monitored switch infrastructure — because production downtime is measured in lost contribution margin per minute.
// How It Works
From Office to Floor, Engineered End-to-End
We audit office and shop-floor networks separately, segment appropriately (with controlled gateways for data flow between), harden every HMI, PLC gateway, and shop-floor PC we can reach, deploy UPS where outages would hurt, and monitor everything 24/7. Production gets predictable; plant management stops firefighting IT.
// Who It's For
Who This Is For
Discrete manufacturers — metal fabrication, machine shops, job shops, precision manufacturing, aerospace suppliers, automotive tiers, industrial equipment, and contract manufacturing. Especially valuable for small-to-mid manufacturers (10-300 employees) running ERP and multiple CNC/robotic cells.

Common questions
Q
Do you touch PLCs and HMIs directly?
We provide network, segmentation, patching guidance, and monitoring around them — and coordinate with your automation vendor or controls engineer on the device side. We respect the line between IT and controls engineering; we don't program PLCs, but we make sure the network they sit on doesn't get them attacked.
Q
Can you host our ERP?
Yes for most mid-market ERPs (Epicor, Infor, SAP Business One, NetSuite if on-prem component exists). Benefits: predictable performance, centralized security, and recovery engineered in. We also support on-prem ERP where that's the better fit.
Q
What about cyber insurance for manufacturers?
Underwriters are increasingly specific about OT security — segmentation, backup, patching, incident response. We align your environment to common underwriter requirements and document the controls so your renewal doesn't get declined.
