We installed our Cloud PBX solution with custom built integration with paging speakers in all the warehouses and an API link to their CRM system. CyberNet’s Cloud PBX app was also installed on employee’s cell phones to add an extra layer of flexibility.

Four Seasons can now monitor the threat, data loss and user activity on all their endpoints from one CyberSecure web interface. Any Four Seasons employee can page the warehouse not only from anywhere in the office using a desk phone but also from anywhere outside the office using CyberNet’s Cloud PBX smart phone app. Four seasons’ CRM system uses a CyberNet built API link from their CRM to our cloud PBX system to make outgoing calls from the CRM’s web interface to customers, making it easier to make calls and improve customer relations.
