Position Overview:
The Enterprise Operations Advisor will play a critical role in enhancing operational discipline and execution across the organization. This position is responsible for reviewing and analyzing performance across multiple departments—including Dispatch, Customer Support, Customer Care, Engineering, Inventory, and Service Delivery—identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
This is a mid-level role reporting directly to the executive office. The position has no direct reports and does not involve management of operational departments. Instead, the successful candidate will achieve results through cross-functional collaboration, structured analysis, and influence-based leadership.
Responsibilities
- Performance Review and Reporting – Monitor and evaluate departmental performance metrics; highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Process Improvement – Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose structured, measurable solutions to improve productivity and operational yield to be discussed regularly with department heads and team members.
- Accountability Frameworks – Develop and maintain systems to ensure strategic initiatives, such as OKR and KPI implementations, are executed and sustained.
- Cross-Functional Coordination – Facilitate collaboration among department heads to align operational activities with organizational objectives.
- Execution Oversight – Track progress of key initiatives, ensuring timelines are met and obstacles are addressed promptly.
- Change Management – Support adoption of new processes and performance measurement tools across multiple teams.
- Strategic Advisory – Provide actionable recommendations to the executive office based on data-driven analysis and operational observations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations analysis, business process improvement, or strategic project execution.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and senior subject matter experts without formal authority.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience using performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Power BI, or other BI tools).
- Experience with performance management frameworks such as OKRs and KPIs preferred.
