Level 1 Managed Service Technician

Career growth opportunity for a Managed Service Technitian with strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, consultative, and presentation skills.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years of experience in supporting Microsoft Environments including both O365 and on-prem.
Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft desktop operating systems Windows 10 and 11 issues
Hands-on experience with Windows 2012/2016/2019 servers, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Internet/DNS/E-mail/printer communication issues
Experience in troubleshooting basic OSI layer 1, layer 2 and layer 3 communication issues
Knowledge of basic firewall configuration including how to configure new access rules, port forwarding, NAT
Knowledge of basic O365 admin tasks like add user, reset password, assign licenses
Knowledge of basic Windows on-prem DC tasks like add user, reset password, join a PC to a domain
Knowledge of VoIP and analog to VOIP gateways
Knowledge of Proxmox virtual environments a plus
Knowledge of Acronis backup and secruity tools environments a plus
MSP specific experience in Windows environments a major plus
Excellent problem solving and customer facing skills
Excellent ability to de-escalte high pressure situations
Excellent english verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn and retain new technology skills and troubleshooting processes, team player, maintain calm and present yourself professionally in high stress situations

Fixed Hours
There are two possible shifts, and based on various factors, you will be assigned to one of them: the first shift is from 6 AM to 3 PM PST, and the second shift is from 11 AM to 8 PM PST.
